Directions and Parking

Location

The Engineering Career Services Office is located in 1131 Glenn L. Martin Hall (#088 on a campus map, 4298 Campus Dr. for GPS.)

Parking

Due to a major construction project near our building, parking has become extremely limited. The closest lot to our office is the Paint Branch Visitors Lot but it is often full in the morning. As a result we recommend that you drive by this lot first, but if it is full proceed to the Regents Drive Garage. Regents Garage is an 8-10 minute walk to our office, so please plan accordingly.

Directions to the Paint Branch Visitor's Lot and Regents Garage

  • Enter the campus at Route 1 and Campus Drive.
  • Immediately turn right on Paint Branch Drive.  Our building, Glenn L. Martin Hall, is immediately on your left.
  • The Paint Branch Visitor’s Lot will be the second lot on your left before you get to the corner of Paint Branch and Stadium.
  • If the Paint Branch Lot is full, continue down Paint Branch Drive and turn left at the stop sign which is Stadium Drive.
  • Turn left at the next stop sign which is Regents Drive.  The garage will be on your right.

Regents Parking Garage and Walking Directions to Glenn L. Martin Hall

  • Visitor parking is on the roof of Regents Garage.  Try and park near spots 3518 or 3520 so that you will be near the South East elevator.
  • Take the elevator to the ground floor (G).
  • You should exit the garage near the corner of Regents and Field House Drives.
  • Go right on Regents Drive back toward Campus Drive.
  • Turn left on Campus Dr.  There are 2 paths on Campus Dr.  Take the one that is closest to the buildings.  You should pass the Physics and Math buildings.
  • The main entrance to Glenn L. Martin Hall is near the black railing.  Turn right to get to our suite.
  • We are in suite 1131 (double glass doors).
  • Bad Weather:  If it is raining, too cold, or too hot; you can cut through classroom buildings for almost the entire walk from Regents Garage to Martin Hall.  Think of it as a scavenger hunt!  Detailed directions can be found here.  If you get lost and ask someone for directions, don’t just ask for the Engineering Bldg. since there are 15 of them.  Ask for Martin Hall which is on Campus Drive near the front entrance to the University.  Or call us at 301-405-3863.

If you are an employer and would like our office to pay for your parking you must call us for a code that you can use at the kiosk.

You must pay for parking immediately, you do not pay when you leave.  To use a parking code, follow these instructions.

Enter your parking space number.
Choose 1 for “New Transaction”.
Choose 5 for “More Selections”.
Choose “3, 4, 5+ Hour Validation Code” depending on how long you will be staying.
Enter your parking code.
